1.What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Single style / single color MOQ is 50–100 pieces (depending on material, complexity of design, and total order volume).
For new customers or test orders, we are happy to start from 50 pieces. Larger quantities offer better unit pricing — feel free to contact us for a detailed quote.

2.What is your typical lead time / production time?
Lead time depends on style, process, whether new molds are required, and order quantity. We will confirm the exact timeline for each order.
- Sampling: Usually 15–25 working days after design confirmation.
- Stainless steel jewelry bulk production: Typically 15–30 working days (if no new mold is needed).
- More complex designs or items requiring molds: Generally 15–35 working days for bulk.
Rush orders are possible with additional fees.
3.Which materials do you support and what surface finishes are available?
We mainly work with:
- 316L / 304 Stainless Steel (most popular, high cost-performance)
- Titanium (lightweight, corrosion-resistant, nickel-free)
- Copper / Zinc Alloy (can be plated in various colors)
- 925 Sterling Silver (premium range)
Surface finishes include: high polish, brushed, matte, PVD/IP plating, electroplating (18K gold, rose gold, black gold, gunmetal, etc.), electrophoresis, stone/zircon setting, and more.
4.Do you offer free sampling?
We do not offer completely free sampling. Sampling fees vary depending on style, complexity, and material (usually ranging from tens to a few hundred USD).
If there is a subsequent intention to place a bulk order (minimum order quantity ≥ 100 pieces), we can deduct the sample fee from the invoice based on the final order quantity. Sample shipping costs are borne by the customer.
5.How should I provide design references? Do I need to supply 3D files?
You do not necessarily need to provide 3D files — our in-house design and CAD team can handle everything from scratch.
Acceptable formats include:
- Hand sketches / reference photos / existing product images + modification notes
- Detailed text description (size, material, finish, color, stone setting, etc.)
- If you already have 3D files (.stl, .obj, etc.), feel free to send them — it will speed up the process.
We will first create 2D drawings or 3D renderings for your approval before proceeding to sampling.
6.Do you support custom packaging and private labeling?
Yes, fully supported. Common options include:
- Velvet pouches / leather bags / velvet boxes / paper boxes / gift boxes
- Silk-screen / hot stamping / UV printing of your logo
- Custom insert cards, thank-you cards, brand story cards
Minimum quantity for custom packaging is usually 100–300 sets depending on the type.
7.How do you ensure quality? Do you provide test reports?
Every batch goes through multiple quality checks:
- Material testing (lead-free, nickel-free, REACH/ROHS compliant)
- Plating adhesion test
- Full size/weight/appearance inspection
- 100% finished product sampling inspection
Material certificates and SGS test reports are available upon request (advance notice required).
8.What payment methods do you accept? Which currencies?
- Deposit: 30%–50% before production
- Balance: Paid before shipment (or upon delivery in some cases)
- Methods: T/T (bank wire), PayPal, Western Union, Alipay (limited cases)
- Main currency: USD (also accept EUR, CNY)
9.What shipping methods do you use and who covers the freight?
- Express: DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT (3–7 days)
- Sea/Air freight consolidation (cost-effective for large orders)
- Sample shipping: Paid by client
